The place

A few steps from the Place Pereire, travel back in time, in the heart of the Roaring Twenties, where lust, abundance and gluttony mix.

In a chic and relaxed atmosphere, you will sit in comfortable velvet armchairs to enjoy gourmet and friendly French bistro cuisine, with family or friends.

The two owners, Franck & Helena will show you that pleasure and sharing are the watchwords of the house!

From the first rays of sun, you will have the opportunity to taste dishes to share around a good glass of wine on the terrace, facing south!

The kitchen

At Franck, we offer French cuisine revisited with seasonal products, carefully selected by the chef who has made his weapons with Joël Robuchon or the Plaza Athénée alongside Alain Ducasse.

A la carte, delicious salads for lovers of healthy dishes, homemade foie gras to share or a selection of charcuterie home panzer for the greediest input.

In the dish, the chef offers a selection of very nice pieces of the butcher such as the rib of beef to share or burger homemade beef, chopped on site. Depending on the arrival you can also enjoy the fish of the moment or a black cod miso sauce.

In addition to the map, the chef offers every day of the week an appetizer and slate dish.
On the dessert side, the chef offers a range of homemade desserts such as chocolate mousse 62% cocoa or crème brulée.
